Barto Gold is an Australian Gold explorer, developer, and producer who has been operating since 2009 and is focused on gold exploration and production in Western Australia. The operation consists of a 1.8Mtpa processing plant, 3 underground mine, and two open pit mines. This is a rare opportunity for safety-focused Processing Supervisors to join us on our journey. The successful applicants will play a key role in leading and motivating their production teams to achieve targets in a safe, sustainable and positive manner.

About the role:

• 2/2 Roster based on a WA mine site
• Leading and mentoring a team of Process Technicians and Operators
• Ensuring and paving the way for a safe work culture and successful operations
• Delivery and coordination of a team to achieve production targets
• Work closely with maintenance and management to ensure optimum production and reduced down time
• Develop your operations team and drive positive culture

• Address individual and team issues by investigating presenting problems, identifying solutions, and recommending actions

About You

You are a proactive and hands-on leader with strong operational knowledge of gold processing plants. You lead from the front, prioritise safety, and build high-performing teams.

You will bring:

• Demonstrated supervisory experience within a gold processing environment
• Sound knowledge of crushing, grinding, CIL/CIP, elution, and gold room operations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Commitment to safety, environmental compliance, and team development
• Current WA driver’s licence
• Significant experience leading a diverse team in operating a Processing Plant
• An organised individual, who can prioritise and delegate accordingly and takes ownership of their work and their team’s
• Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor Exam achievement, or exam in progress to be completed before 30 March 2026.
