Barto Gold is an Australian Gold explorer, developer, and producer who has been operating since 2009 and is focused on gold exploration and production in Western Australia. The operation consists of a 1.8Mtpa processing plant, 3 underground mine, and two open pit mines. We are seeking a Project Supervisor to lead the safe, practical execution of site-based capital works and plant improvement projects in a live operating environment.

Reporting into the projects team supported by Project Engineers and a back-to-Back Supervisor

About the Role

• Deliver capital and improvement projects on site
• Coordinate contractors, trades, and site resources
• Execute shutdown works, tie-ins, and installations
•  Ensure safety, quality, and operational integration
• Work closely with Processing, Maintenance, and Operations teams

This is a hands-on, field-based role focused on delivery — not a desk-based project role.

About You

• Strong experience delivering projects in mining, processing, or heavy industry
• Proven site execution and contractor coordination capability
•  Safety-focused with a practical, outcomes-driven mindset
•  Comfortable working in live operating plants
•  Mechanical, electrical, or project delivery background preferred
