Barto Gold is an Australian Gold explorer, developer, and producer who has been operating since 2009 and is focused on gold exploration and production in Western Australia. The operation consists of a 1.8Mtpa processing plant, 3 active underground mine, 1 active open pits, with new mines started in 2025 as part of the companies 5-year plan and a vision to reach 150,000oz/pa by 2028.
We are seeking motivated Service Crew members to join our operations team.
The Role
As a Service Crew member, you will support underground mining operations by carrying out essential services to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous production. This is a hands-on role suited to reliable, safety-focused individuals who enjoy working as part of a close-knit crew.
Key Responsibilities
- Ground support assistance and general underground labouring
- Clean-up and housekeeping of work areas
- Operating light equipment and tools
- Working safely and following site safety procedures at all times
About You
- Previous underground service crew or mining experience preferred
- Strong safety mindset and ability to follow instructions
- Physically fit and able to work in a demanding environment
- Current manual driver’s licence
