Barto Gold is a privately owned Australian gold explorer, developer, and producer who has been operating since 2009 and is focused on gold exploration and production in Western Australia. With its flagship project located at Marvel Loch in Western Australia, the company holds a tenement package in excess of 1,400km2 with significant exploration investment, 2 current open pit mines and 1 underground mine, with the new Frasers Underground operation commenced December 2024. To support us on our journey, we are seeking to recruit an Site Administrator to join our busy Southern Cross Mining Operations.
Brief Role Summary:
The Site Administrator, while reporting to the General Manager will be responsible for ensuring effective administration support to the Site Departments. Duties include site access for employees and contractors, travel and roster changes in INX, accounts documentation, invoicing, PO's and reporting requirements. This position will be offered on a 8 days on 6 days off bus in bus out basis from Malaga or Midvale in Company time.
About you:
- Valid National police check or willing to obtain
- Intermediate user of Microsoft Office applications (Excel/Word/Outlook)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to priorities workload and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- SAP system knowledge is preferable but not essential.
Essential: - Minimum of 2 years site onsite mining industry administration experience in the Mining industry
- Experience with coordination of travel arrangements using INX
- Experience with SAP system or similar accounting program in the procure-to-pay cycle, accounts checking and receipting, and cost control functions.
- Experience with Skytrust or similar HSET software
