NQM Gold 2 Pty Ltd is an Australian gold explorer, developer, and producer. Our Pajingo Mine, located approximately 70 km south of Charters Towers and southwest of Townsville, employs around 250 people across underground mining and ore processing operations.

We are seeking a motivated Drilling Coordinator to support the planning and execution of drilling programs. The role will coordinate daily drilling activities, work closely with contractors and exploration teams, and ensure operations are delivered safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily drilling operations to meet schedules and targets
- Liaise with drilling contractors and site exploration teams
- Monitor drilling progress, performance, and costs
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
- Maintain accurate drilling records and reports
- Assist with drilling logistics including equipment, materials, and workforce allocation
- Identify operational issues and support solutions
About You
- Experience in drilling coordination or similar operational role
- Basic understanding of drilling techniques and equipment
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting systems
