PAJINGO GOLD MINING

NQM Gold 2 Pty Ltd is an Australian gold explorer, developer, and producer. Located southwest of Townsville, the Pajingo mine is around 50km from Charters Towers and currently employs approx. 250 people to run the underground mining, and ore processing operations.

We are seeking experienced Multi Skilled Operators to join our underground mining team. This role involves operating a variety of underground mobile equipment while maintaining high standards of safety, productivity, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate underground mining equipment including (but not limited to):
• Jumbo
• Loader (LHD)
• Truck
• Charge-up / Service Crew equipment
• Conduct pre-start checks and routine inspections
• Work safely in accordance with site safety procedures and regulations
• Assist with ground support, bogging, charging, and general underground duties
• Report hazards, incidents, and equipment defects
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet production targets

About You

• Proven experience as a Multi Skilled Operator in underground mining
• Competency/tickets in at least two underground production machines
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
• Good communication and teamwork skills
