NQM Gold 2 Pty Ltd is an Australian gold explorer, developer, and producer. Located southwest of Townsville, the Pajingo Gold Mine is approximately 50km from Charters Towers and employs around 250 people across underground mining and ore processing operations. With a strong life-of-mine outlook, we continue to grow our workforce and invest in our future.

 

The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator with proven mining recruitment expertise to join our team. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role where you will manage end-to-end recruitment across both blue- and white-collar positions. You will play a critical role in attracting and securing top talent while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing high-volume, end-to-end recruitment for site and corporate roles
  • Partnering with site leaders and HR to understand workforce requirements
  • Drafting and posting job ads, coordinating interviews, and managing offers/onboarding
  • Utilising SAP SuccessFactors to maintain accuracy and efficiency across processes
  • Building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines for future workforce needs

 

About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Essential: Prior experience in mining recruitment (blue- and white-collar)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Tech confidence with HRIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors desirable)
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or related discipline (advantageous)
  • Current Manual QLD driver’s licence
