PAJINGO GOLD MINING

NQM Gold 2 Pty Ltd is an Australian gold explorer, developer, and producer. Our Pajingo Mine, located approximately 70 km south of Charters Towers and southwest of Townsville, employs around 250 people across underground mining and ore processing operations.

We are currently seeking 2 reliable and experienced Site Cleaners to join our close-knit team. Based in Charters Towers, this role supports our mining operations by maintaining clean, safe, and comfortable facilities for all site personnel.

• One role is a permanent full-time position on an 8/6 roster, 12-hour days.
• The second role is a fixed term position (5 months) on an 8/6 roster, 12-hour days

Both roles are residential roles, with Bus-in, Bus-out (BIBO) transport provided from Charters Towers to site.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning of site offices, crib rooms, bathrooms, and amenities
• Cleaning and changeover of small onsite camp accommodation
• Linen changes, room resets, and check-ins/check-outs
• Washing, drying, folding, and sorting workers’ uniforms
• General housekeeping and laundry duties as required
• Maintain cleanliness standards and follow site protocols

About You

• Previous commercial or mine site cleaning experience essential
• Physically fit, reliable, and safety-conscious
• Great attention to detail and pride in your work
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Able to follow direction and work unsupervised
• Must be a Charters Towers resident
• Current C Class driver’s licence required
