Supply Officer
Location: Pajingo Gold Mine – Charters Towers Region
Roster: 5/2, 4/3 Roster – Residential (Charters Towers)
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Supply Officer to join our team at Pajingo Gold Mine. This role is responsible for ensuring the timely availability of equipment, goods, and consumables to support daily site operations in a cost-effective and efficient manner.

Working closely with maintenance and processing teams, the Supply Officer plays a key role in coordinating purchasing, inventory management, and freight logistics to avoid delays and maintain critical stock levels.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage purchasing activities, including raising and following up purchase orders
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records and pricing within SAP
  • Coordinate freight logistics, including urgent deliveries
  • Maintain stock levels and critical spares for all site departments
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and environmental standards

 

About You

  • Current C Class Drivers Licence
  • Current forklift licence
  • Experience using SAP in a warehouse or supply capacity
  • Background in mining or industrial warehousing
  • Strong knowledge of inventory and stores processes
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to prioritise tasks
  • Team player with a focus on safety and communication
