About the role
 

We currently have an opportunity for a Truck Operator to join our underground mining team at Pajingo. 

The role is responsible for the safe and efficient movement of ore and waste rock underground, as well as dust suppression using the water truck. You’ll be reporting to the Shift Supervisor and working on a lifestyle-friendly 7/7 day/night roster.

This role is ideally suited to someone who is residential in Charters Towers, though DIDO with accommodation may be considered for the right applicant.

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 1 year of underground mining experience
• Competency in truck and water truck operations (AST10029, AST10028 or equivalent)
• Minimum "C" class QLD drivers’ licence
• Working at heights
• Strong communication skills and safety focus
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
