About us
NQM Gold is an Australian gold explorer, developer and expanding producer with strong community-based values and a conscientious work culture. Since 2009, Minjar Gold has developed and operated assets spread throughout Western Australia and Queensland. Located south-west of Townsville, the Pajingo mine is around 50km from Charters Towers and currently employs around 250 people to run the underground mining, open cut and ore processing operations.
About the role:
NQM Gold is currently seeking Jumbo Operator for our Pajingo Mine Operations. The role is residential based in Charters Towers working a 7/7 roster. Previous experience in mining will be an advantage.

- AST10053 Conduct Mechanical Scaling
- AST10007 Conduct Integrated Tool Carrier Operations
- AST10047 Satstat Refueling Station
- AST2002 Mobile Equipment Isolations
- AST10005 Operate Light Vehicle Underground
About you:
- Current & Valid Manual Australian Drivers Licence
- Ability to pass a PEM & DAS
- Suitable National Police Clearance
- Reliability and good work ethic
- Strong understanding of Occupational Health and Safety Requirements
